Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in the Financial industry or with Capital and / or Treasury reporting.
• Strong leadership, management experience and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead complex transformation initiatives and programs.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with execution track record.
• Excellent communication and partnering skills with senior stakeholders.
• Subject matter expert in capital, liquidity, treasury reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of approximately 30 controller and financial analysis professionals.
• Drive strategic, technology, and transformation initiatives for the CCB Treasury Controller organization.
• Deliver accurate Treasury financials and reporting within a SOX-compliant framework.
• Oversee funding, liquidity reporting, RWA forecasting and capital allocation.
• Partner with LOB Controllers, Planning & Analysis Leads, CFO teams and Core Treasury Analytics.
• Support external auditors, regulators, internal audit and SOX testing.
