Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance with capital or treasury reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of about 30 controllers and financial analysts.
• Drive strategic initiatives for automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Deliver accurate Treasury financials within a SOX controls framework.
• Manage monthly/quarterly forecasts, budgets and stress tests.
• Oversee funding, liquidity reporting, RWA forecasting and capital allocation.
• Support audits, regulatory reporting and SOX compliance.
