We are looking for a Treasury Consulting Manager to join our rapidly growing treasury technology practice. This dynamic team is part of our overall Treasury Global Services, focused on providing qualified treasury advisory to our clients. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking an entrepreneurial environment within a well-established firm. The role involves relationship management and onsite client projects.

As our Treasury Manager, you will leverage your experience and knowledge to help clients improve their business through services such as treasury management system implementations (Kyriba certification and experience strongly preferred), process improvement, financial transformation, procedure design, and optimization. This practice line is exciting, growing, and offers tremendous career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Consulting with accounting, financial, operational, and other management personnel to improve their businesses.
  2. Leading TMS implementation projects, assessing, troubleshooting, and testing during the implementation cycle.
  3. Training and advising clients in the optimal use of TMS modules tailored to their needs.
  4. Training and mentoring staff and project teams.
  5. Engaging in process analysis and optimization, documentation, project management, and working collaboratively in teams.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  2. Minimum 8 years of treasury consulting experience.
  3. Experience implementing Kyriba.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in consulting or professional services firms, including pre-sales/sales experience.
  2. Experience working with multiple clients.
  3. Corporate or industry accounting experience.
  4. Experience with operational process reviews and internal controls.
  5. Ability to anticipate and address client concerns.
  6. Strong treasury and accounting skills.
  7. Problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex issues.
  8. Facilitation skills across organizational levels.
  9. Excellent communication skills.
  10. Strong data organization skills.
  11. Self-direction and teamwork skills.

Salary range: $107,000 - $214,500. Compensation is based on experience, skills, certifications, location, and other factors. Successful candidates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
