Responsibilities

Reconciliation of collateral and maintaining appropriate collateral levels with counterparties.
Maintenance of collateral and counterparty data in relevant systems.
Prepare wire transfers and submit for approval.
Assisting with requests from audit partners.
Trade booking and reconciliation maintenance when needed.
Delivery of monthly reporting to trade counterparties.
Process invoices into a proprietary expense allocation system and prepare for payment.
Assistance with preparation of quarterly expense reimbursements.
