Job summary

The role involves documenting change details for Day 2 support, maintaining product and RFP materials, and researching market trends to shape requirements across treasury and payments solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with large US banks in Cash Management / Treasury product management.
• Knowledge of US cash management/treasury product landscape across liquidity, payments, receivables, and delivery channels.
• Experience in large-scale agile design/delivery within financial services or shown willingness to learn.
• Hands-on experience drafting product capability roadmaps, business process flows, user stories.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility.
• Clear communication and presentation skills across all levels.
• Proactive, results-driven with a record of delivering.

Responsibilities

• Support US Client Advisory lead by documenting and structuring client requirements for technology teams.
• Create well-documented, easily consumable business requirements broken down from high to low level for partners.
• Define problem statements and articulate benefits to clients.
• Develop end-to-end process maps with business and technology architects.
• Assist project management of end-to-end client delivery with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document changes to ensure Day 2 support teams are updated.
• Maintain internal product documentation, updated RFP responses, and sales materials.
• Gather market requirements and industry trends to inform business needs.
• Stay abreast of market offerings and industry changes.
