Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect taxes, assessments, levies and other monies; maintain full records.
• Process motor vehicle fees, licensing and recordkeeping functions.
• Prepare daily check deposits and balance month-end books as needed.
• Balance and reconcile county accounts monthly.
• Assist the public with information and guidance.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill Treasurer’s Office duties.
• Serve as a Passport Acceptance Facility and issuing agent for passports.
• Inventory control and general duties as assigned.
