Job summary

Rocketdyne is seeking a Treasury Specialist to support daily cash management, forecasting, and bank administration across the enterprise. You will collaborate with accounting, tax, legal, FP&A, and business teams to ensure accurate data and adherence to internal controls.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, attention to detail, and experience with ERP and treasury platforms. A high level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field + 4+ years of experience; or Graduate Degree + 2+ years; or 8+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Support daily cash management activities and cash positioning.
• Assist with short-term cash forecasting and funding requirements.
• Manage bank account administration and banking service requests.
• Prepare journal entries, schedules, and reconciliations; generate reports as needed.
• Support compliance with internal controls, policies, and debt covenants.
• Collaborate with accounting, tax, legal, FP&A, and business teams on treasury transactions.
• Maintain treasury policies and process documentation; assist with audits and controls.
• Support foreign exchange and global treasury activities; contribute to process improvements.
