Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Financial Analyst to support merchant processing, insurance reporting, and store operations. You’ll help ensure efficient treasury operations and accurate cash flow visibility, contributing to a high-performance finance team in a fast-paced environment.

You will work hybrid in San Francisco, collaborating with cross-functional partners on treasury, liquidity planning, and banking processes.

Qualifications

• Corporate Treasury, Finance and Accounting background required with focused experience in cash management, cash flow reporting, and banking operations (2-3 years).
• Experience with treasury and planning systems such as Kyriba, Anaplan, and Excel (2-3 years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant processing and insurance reporting; ensure cash visibility across stores.
• Assist with bank deposits, change orders, and cash handling procedures.
• Support cross-functional Treasury initiatives and liquidity planning projects.
