Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Treasury Analyst, Cash Management/ Financial Analyst II in Houston, TX. The role focuses on daily treasury operations, cash forecasting, and reporting to support liquidity and risk management in a hybrid environment with on-site Wednesdays.

Training will be onsite 2-3 days per week. Conversion to direct hire may be possible with estimated salary around $85,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with Power BI and treasury systems.
• Knowledge of cash forecasting and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily treasury operations and cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and financial trends to forecast cash flow needs.
• Research banking products, investment opportunities, and funding sources for treasury decisions.
• Record daily cash transactions and prepare cash position reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with partners and banks.
• Support treasury compliance, including audit preparation and regulatory documentation.
• Administer the corporate merchant card program and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in treasury projects, system implementations, and process improvements.
• Conduct bank fee analyses and identify cost savings opportunities.
• Provide support across treasury functions and special projects.
