The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a Cash Accountant in Treasury to record and validate daily bank activity, prepare reconciliations, and support month-end close. This role ensures accurate documentation of deposits, transfers, and payments while enforcing internal controls.

We require a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 1-3 years with POS systems and GL tools; Oracle XStore or Workday experience is a plus. Indianapolis area on-site role with emphasis on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in Finance, Treasury or related fields.
• Experience recording cash activity and reconciliations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of retail POS systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Record daily bank activity in the G/L for cash transactions.
• Validate deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and fees.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve items.
• Coordinate with Treasury and Finance to resolve variances.
• Process wires and ACH payments per internal controls.
• Support month-end close and audit needs.
• Maintain supporting documentation for audits and controls.
• Monitor accounts for unusual activity and escalate issues.
• Identify process improvements for treasury operations.
