Job summary

Curis Services is a leading healthcare organization seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Associate to join the finance team. The role entails supporting the treasury function with cash flow management, forecasting, and reporting.

You will monitor daily cash positions, process banking transactions, and assist with investments and risk management while collaborating across departments to uphold financial policies and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Assist in managing banking relationships and optimize cash management strategies.
• Process wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other banking activities.
• Support investment activities, including portfolio management and reporting.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial related reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Participate in and assist in implementing treasury controls.
