Qualifications

• 3+ years of treasury experience, preferably within a multi-entity or international organization.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits/credits and financial statements.
• Ability to read and interpret debt agreements, banking documents, and financial contracts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized with multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cash analysis, liquidity reviews, and cash positioning across entities.
• Prepare and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor banking activity and investigate unusual or unexpected transactions.
• Analyze bank fees and support initiatives to improve banking efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain bank account information, signers, and related documentation.
• Prepare and maintain debt amortization schedules and covenant compliance.
• Coordinate KYC requirements with banking partners for new accounts and financing activities.
• Ensure treasury transactions are properly recorded and supported.
• Assist with cash and debt journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare treasury reporting and analysis; support internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve processes.
