This role will sit at the intersection of Treasury, Risk Management, and Financial Strategy, playing a critical role in safeguarding YETI’s financial position through treasury and risk management practices. The position offers the opportunity to build and enhance treasury and risk frameworks in a dynamic, global consumer brand environment.The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in cash management, financial risk mitigation, banking relationships, cash flow hedging and corporate insurance programs, along with a proactive mindset focused on process improvement, scalability, and disciplined risk management.Key Responsibilities:Treasury Management & LiquidityManage daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning across global operationsDevelop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecastsOptimize working capital and cash conversion cyclesOversee global cash movement, intercompany funding, and cash pooling strategiesMonitor compliance with debt covenants and maintain appropriate liquidity buffersImplement cash flow hedgingBanking & Capital StructureManage relationships with banking partners and financial institutionsOversee credit facility administration, including borrowings and compliance reportingSupport development and execution of capital structure planning and financing strategiesEvaluate opportunities to optimize cost of capital and liquidityFinancial Risk ManagementIdentify, assess, and mitigate key financial risks, including liquidity risk, foreign exchange (FX) risk, and interest rate riskSupport development and execution of hedging strategies where appropriateMaintain and enhance treasury and risk management policiesInsurance Risk ManagementOversee the strategic management of the commercial insurance program (other than employee benefits) and lead the annual renewal processManage relationship with external insurance broker, set performance expectations and drive accountabilityEvaluate program structure (limits, deductibles, retentions) to balance risk retention and cost efficiencyOversee claims management process, including coordination, tracking and resolution.Partner with legal and procurement to review contractual insurance requirements and risk transfer provisionsSupport insurance-related disclosures, audits, and compliance requirementsPrepare and manage the annual insurance and claims budgetsQualifications and Attributes:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.Master’s degree and/or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred8+ years of experience in relevant roles building transferable skillsBackground in consumer products, retail, or manufacturing environments strongly preferredExperience managing multi-line commercial insurance programsDemonstrated experience executing and accounting for FX hedging strategies (e.g., forwards, options)Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing prioritiesSAP experience preferred.
