Job summary

Figure Technology Solutions, Inc. in the United States seeks a self-motivated Analyst to support Treasury and Financial Operations across a multi-entity framework.

You will ensure accurate daily cash and digital asset visibility while managing liquidity, funding, and reporting workflows. Collaborating with Finance, Capital Markets, Product and Legal, you will scale our treasury controls, execute funding activities, and support capital raises.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the financial services industry with specific experience in funding, treasury, or financial operations.
• Ability and willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
• Experience maintaining treasury management software (TMS) or complex ERP systems, especially Kyriba.
• Experience with cash forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Tableau.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash and inventory reporting across entities to ensure liquidity visibility.
• Monitor and reconcile daily bank balances and transaction activity.
• Perform daily cash positioning to meet liquidity requirements.
• Execute cash movements (wires, ACH) following approval and SOX controls.
• Manage funding operations for loan sales and related compliance.
• Support vendor payment processing and wire templates oversight.
• Collaborate with Accounting on month-end close for funding and sale activities.
• Own and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for legal agreements.
• Partner with Product, Data, Engineering and Legal to streamline data collection.
• Reconcile loan and collateral data across internal and blockchain records.
• Continuously improve workflows to scale financial operations.
• Contribute to capital raising initiatives including debt financings.

We’re looking for a self-motivated and curious Analyst to support our Treasury and Financial Operations across a complex, multi-entity environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate daily cash and digital asset visibility while managing the operational mechanics behind our liquidity, loan sale, and reporting processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing critical funding activities and supporting operational payment workflows that keep Figure running smoothly. You will work closely with Finance, Capital Markets, Product, and Legal teams to maintain strong treasury controls and help scale our proprietary financial infrastructure. What You’ll Do

• Prepare cash and inventory reporting across entities to ensure total liquidity visibility, in support of short term actions and longer range forecasting
• Monitor and reconcile daily bank balances and transaction activity across all operating accounts
• Perform daily cash positioning to ensure compliance with liquidity requirements for funding, vendor payments, and operational processes
• Execute cash movements, including wires, ACH transfers, and internal account allocations, adhering to approval protocols and SOX controls
• Manage funding operations for loan sales while ensuring strict compliance with legal agreements
• Support vendor payment processing, including wire initiation, callback confirmations, and oversight of wire templates
• Collaborate with the Accounting department on month-end close processes related to funding and sale activities
• Own and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required by legal agreements
• Partner with Product, Data, Engineering and Legal teams to streamline cross-functional data collection and resolve outstanding financial queries
• Reconcile loan and collateral data to ensure accuracy across internal systems and blockchain records
• Continuously improve existing workflows to increase the scalability and efficiency of our financial operations
• Contribute to the company’s capital raising initiatives, including debt financings

What We Look For

• 3+ years in the financial services industry with specific experience in funding, treasury, or financial operations
• Ability and willingness to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
• Experience maintaining treasury management software (TMS) or complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems highly preferred (especially experience with Kyriba)
• Experience with cash forecasting highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to pick up new platforms such as Tableau
• Transparent communication and strong relationship-building skills to effectively work with cross-functional partners
• Proven organization skills and the ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and the analytical skills needed to work with limited direction
• Ability to perform and thrive in a startup environment where you are often building processes from scratch
• Curiosity and drive to learn about blockchain and help out where needed
• Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
• Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
• Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.
• Base Compensation Range: $76,500-$103,500yr
• Company equity in the form of RSUs

This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs. While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.
