Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation in Benton Harbor, MI, is seeking a Treasury Analyst focused on Retirement Plans and Controls. You will support pension and 401(k) administration, maintain SOX controls, and deliver analytics across Treasury operations.

The role collaborates with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, HR and external service providers, drives process improvements, and creates audit-ready documentation for internal and external audits. Onsite at HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Audit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of SOX controls, internal audit processes, and financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and oversight of global pension and 401(k) plans with reporting.
• Execute and monitor Treasury SOX controls and prepare audit-ready docs.
• Prepare recurring Treasury reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain Treasury SOPs and improve control environment.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, HR and external providers to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
