Job summary

Greystar in the United States seeks a Treasury Analyst to support accounting within a centralized treasury function. You will open, close, and maintain commercial bank accounts, process signature cards, and handle various banking transactions in coordination with partner banks.

You will work with treasury colleagues, legal, and compliance to ensure real estate and regulatory compliance, execute wires and ACH transfers, and maintain accurate data in internal systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years in treasury, cash management, banking, or accounting/finance.
• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills; experience with online banking portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and accurate.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and modify commercial bank accounts.
• Process signatures and banking documents.
• Handle banking transactions and wire/ACH transfers.
• Collaborate with banks and internal partners to ensure compliance.
