Job summary

The Ridge Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Treasury Analyst in Montebello, CA for a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 from home). The role involves monitoring daily cash, processing transfers, wires, and ACH across 100+ bank accounts, and collaborating with Accounting, AR, AP, FP&A, and Payroll to ensure accurate cash reporting.

We require 2–3+ years of treasury or banking experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a high school diploma.

• Must have 2 to 3+ years of treasury or banking experience.
• Must have Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must have High school diploma.
• Must have Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong follow through.
• Must have Flexibility with changing priorities and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must have Ability to maintain positive relationships and serve internal and external stakeholders with urgency and professionalism at all levels.
• Must have Ability to reliably commute, or plan to relocate before starting. Hybrid schedule of 2 days in office and 3 from home, at our Montebello office through June 2027, then Pico Rivera starting mid 2027 (subject to change).
• Nice to have: Some college

Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily cash position and process transfers, wires, and ACH across 100+ bank accounts.
• Partner with Accounting, AR, AP, FP&A, and Payroll to ensure all cash activities are reported and processed accurately.
• Maintain all supporting documents for treasury cash activities, such as monthly bank statements and check image deposits, in a shared folder.
• Research and resolve all treasury related issues.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis
