Job summary

Verital Advisory Search is hiring a Treasury Analyst in downtown Chicago. The role will support daily cash management, liquidity planning, forecasting, banking activity, and treasury reporting within a corporate finance environment. This is a hybrid role with three in-office days per week.

We seek candidates with 1–2 years of public accounting experience and a desire to transition into corporate treasury. Strong Excel skills and cross-team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in public accounting.
• Audit or tax experience will be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity across accounts.
• Assist with short- and long-term cash forecasting.
• Support cash transfers, funding activity, and treasury transactions.
• Prepare recurring treasury reports and analyze cash flow trends.
• Assist with banking administration and maintain account information.
• Partner with accounting and finance teams on reporting and reconciliations.
