Job summary

Inspire Brands’ Debt Capital Markets team in Atlanta leads the company’s capital strategy and debt management. You will analyze debt transactions, build amortization schedules, and support forecasting and reporting to lenders and investors, ensuring covenant compliance and accurate capital structure tracking.

The role emphasizes collaboration with finance, accounting, tax, IR, and legal teams, driving automation and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field.
1+ year of experience in Treasury, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar role; experience with financial modeling, data analytics, process automation, or AI-enabled tools is a plus.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including building dynamic analytical models.
Exposure to automation/AI-enabled productivity tools to improve analysis and workflows.

Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis to support debt transactions and portfolio management.
Prepare amortization schedules and assist in budgeting and forecasting interest expenses.
Monitor secondary market trading activity, prepare reporting, and ensure debt covenants compliance.
Assist in creating lender presentations and supporting basic financial modeling.
