You will assist with wires, ACH, intercompany transfers, daily cash positions, and 13-week cash flow forecasting, ensuring strong internal controls and accurate documentation. This contract-to-hire role offers a hybrid schedule with a Dallas-area hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
• 2+ years of treasury operational experience preferred.
• Hands-on cash management and liquidity monitoring experience.
• Experience with wires, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers.
• Familiarity with bank platforms and online banking administration.

Responsibilities

• Support daily treasury operations including online banking administration and cash reporting.
• Prepare and process wires, ACH payments, and intercompany transfers with proper approvals.
• Monitor daily cash positions to ensure liquidity for operating needs.
• Assist with cash investments and liquidity reporting.
