Job summary

Jobtailor in Atlanta is seeking a Treasury/Finance professional with 0–2 years of experience to support cash management, forecasting, and treasury operations including 401k funding. You will manage payments, analyze FX exposure, and maintain SOX compliance while using Kyriba and ERP systems.

The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate office environment in Atlanta. Prior exposure to treasury systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or a related business field.
• 0–2 years of corporate finance, banking, or treasury experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and financial modeling.
• Experience with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a corporate office setting.
• Must be able to stand and walk short distances between work sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, reconcile, and report daily cash balances across multiple bank accounts.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Assist with treasury operations related to employee benefit plans, including 401k funding.
• Execute and validate EFTs, wires, and ACH payments.
• Support FX exposure analysis and monitor interest rate fluctuations.
• Maintain treasury dashboards and prepare month-end reporting packages.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOX controls and support audit requests.
• Administer the Kyriba Treasury Management System.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with banking relationships, negotiate fees, and maintain SOX compliance for treasury operations.
