Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support global treasury operations, calculate the daily cash position, analyze working capital, and execute treasury transactions across the company’s banking structure.

You will assist with cash forecasting and debt management, monitor bank activity, and contribute to treasury reporting while maintaining internal controls. The role partners with internal teams to improve liquidity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 0–2 years of analytical experience in corporate finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine daily liquidity needs and assist with cash forecasting.
• Monitor bank activity and reconcile forecasted vs. actual cash.
• Support debt, FX, reporting, and controls including SOX compliance.
• Assist with system implementations and process improvements.
