Job summary

RNInk is seeking an early-career Treasury Analyst to join our growing finance team in Fort Wayne, IN. You will manage daily cash operations, reconcile hedging positions, and support executive reporting for the Treasury Director.

The role offers exposure to corporate treasury, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and up to three years of related experience, with relocation support available.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate derivative and hedging analysis with accounting, operations, trading, and risk teams.
• Execute month-end closes and report realized/unrealized derivative positions.
• Support daily cash monitoring, payments, and intercompany activities.
• Identify controls improvements and streamline treasury banking workflows.
• Assist Treasury Director with financial analysis and executive summaries for leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and analyses as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Derivative & Hedging Analysis: Coordinate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, trading, and risk management teams to reconcile exchange-traded derivative positions between broker statements and internal systems of record.
• Month-End Reporting: Execute monthly closing processes and prepare reporting for realized and unrealized exchange-traded derivative positions.
• Cash Management: Support daily cash monitoring, payment processing, and intercompany financial activities.
• Process Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities to improve internal controls, eliminate redundancies, and enhance efficiencies across treasury banking workflows.
• Executive & Board Support: Assist the Treasury Director in accumulating financial analysis and preparing executive summary materials for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• General Treasury Support: Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
