Opendoor is seeking a Treasury Analyst to own day-to-day cash positions, manage bank accounts, and support wire activity. You will help build reporting relied on by finance and may grow into capital markets with senior mentorship.
The role emphasizes attention to detail, comfort in a public company environment, and a drive to improve processes using automation and AI tools. On-site four days/week in Tempe.
At Opendoor our mission is to tilt the world in favor of homeowners and those who aim to become one. Homeownership matters. It's how people build wealth, stability, and community. It's how families put down roots, how neighborhoods strengthen, how the future gets built. We're building the modern system of homeownership giving people the freedom to buy and sell on their own terms. We’ve built an end-to-end online experience that has already helped thousands of people and we’re just getting started.

Every home Opendoor buys starts with money moving. Our Treasury team makes sure it moves correctly, on time, and to the right place, across multiple banking partners. When you're buying and selling homes at this volume, cash management stops being routine and becomes a real operational discipline.
We're looking for a Treasury Analyst to own the day-to-day cash position, keep our bank accounts and portal access in good order, support wire and transfer activity, and help build the reporting the broader finance organization relies on.
This role is built for someone early in their finance career who wants to go deep. Prior treasury experience is not a requirement. You do need sharp attention to detail, comfort working inside the controls of a public company, and real curiosity about doing things better than they were done last quarter. A lot of our current process still lives in spreadsheets, and we'd like your help changing that. You'll learn directly from a small, senior team, and there's genuine room to grow into the capital markets and lending facility side of the business if that interests you.
This role is based in one of our offices, in-person four days per week. We're looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about an in-office culture; people who want to build alongside their teammates, not from a distance.
