Executive Staff Recruiters / ESR Healthcare in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a full-time Treasury Analyst to support corporate treasury, financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis initiatives. The role provides exposure to senior leadership and influence over key financial decisions through reporting, modeling, and insights.

Responsibilities include developing forecasts, producing treasury and performance reporting, analyzing opportunities, and supporting finance committee materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, treasury, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Advanced Excel with strong financial modeling experience.
• Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and valuation methodologies.
• Experience with VBA/Access or other financial reporting tools is a plus.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury and financial performance reporting
• Analyze business opportunities
• Support quarterly Finance Committee reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Track and evaluate financial performance trends and key business metrics
• Assist with valuation analysis and acquisition opportunities
• Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Provide backup support for treasury operations and special projects as needed

Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a full- time detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support corporate treasury, financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis initiatives.
