Treasury Analyst

Position Overview

The Treasury Analyst will support day‑to‑day cash management operations, maintain banking relationships, and ensure accurate and timely posting of all cash‑related transactions. You’ll work directly with accounting leadership and other departments, helping manage the company’s liquidity and financial reporting processes while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily cash activity and liquidity across multiple bank accounts
  • Coordinate and process payments while maintaining internal control compliance
  • Record daily cash transactions and reconcile accounts to the general ledger
  • Assist with month‑end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Set up and maintain bank accounts, verify payment instructions, and ensure accuracy
  • Support treasury and reporting projects as the department continues to expand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • 0–2 years of professional experience (banking experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
