Position: Senior Treasury Finance Analyst

Edward Mann are hiring for our client who are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and team-focused Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial analysis, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. This role involves overseeing cash management, financial planning, and analytical reporting to provide critical insights that drive business growth in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Flow Management & Forecasting: Oversee weekly cash operations, develop comprehensive short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, and create liquidity models to ensure financial stability and support business planning.
• Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including analyzing financial statements and variance reports to uncover trends and highlight key areas for improvement.
• Data Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analysis to inform strategic business decisions. Use Excel, Tableau, and other analytical tools to develop data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Performance Measurement: Monitor key financial metrics and contribute to the creation of performance indicators to assess financial health and operational efficiency.
• Special Projects: Provide ad hoc financial support and analysis for special projects as needed by leadership and executive teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with various departments to gather financial insights, assess operational impacts, and ensure precise financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, etc.) are advantageous but not required.
• Strong experience with cash forecasting, banking operations, or treasury management.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial metrics, and performance indicators.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis, including Excel (e.g., VBA, Macros). Familiarity with Tableau is beneficial but not essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of presenting complex financial concepts to executive-level audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across finance, accounting, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
