About The Role

MiniMed is seeking a highly analytical, tech‑savvy Treasury Analyst to help advance our treasury systems and processes. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical skills with a solid foundation in corporate finance, treasury operations, and risk management—and has a genuine interest in global business.

Our Corporate Treasury team manages global cash, liquidity, and financial risk, while building strong banking and financial partner relationships to support our business worldwide. The ideal candidate will bring a “digital‑first” mindset, leveraging BI tools and innovative solutions to optimize liquidity, enhance global payments, mitigate FX risk, and automate complex workflows across our international operations.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with banks on integrating banking systems with MiniMed financial systems for efficient payment processing and financial reporting.
  • Monitor daily cash positions across multiple currencies and legal entities to ensure adequate operational liquidity for our global business.
  • Execute wire transfers, intercompany funding, and other cash transfer activities.
  • Create BI dashboards to drive actionable insights to inform process improvements and reduce financial risks.
  • Identify, track, and analyze FX exposure, and assist in designing FX hedging strategies to mitigate currency risk.
  • Perform financial analyses to help drive global treasury decision‑making.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive business performance.
Must Have
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting OR 0 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Nice to Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field of study.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or CFA candidate is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to develop solutions and/or innovative ideas to problems and ensure that solutions are consistent with the organization’s objectives.
  • Ability to interface in a global team environment with various levels of management, staff, and other functional areas.
  • Strong organizational and people skills with interests in building strong business partnering relationships.

Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations (USD): $68,800.00 – $103,200.00. This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
