Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to provide critical operational support during their Kyriba implementation. This short-term contract opportunity offers hands-on experience with treasury operations at a leading retail real estate company while supporting essential business-as-usual functions during a major system transition. What you will work on

• Daily Cash Management: Execute accurate daily cash posting procedures to ensure proper cash flow tracking and reconciliation
• Deposit Operations: Process and deposit checks efficiently while maintaining strict adherence to timing requirements and internal controls
• System Implementation Support: Assist with Kyriba treasury management system rollout and provide operational backup during the transition period
• Journal Entry Processing: Prepare and review journal entries with attention to detail and accounting accuracy
• Treasury Operations: Support various treasury functions and help maintain seamless operations during system implementation
• Administrative Tasks: Handle miscellaneous treasury-related administrative duties as business needs arise
  
  

What you will bring

Essential Experience:

• 
  Strong understanding of journal entries and basic accounting principles
• Previous experience in treasury, cash management, or related finance operations
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for handling financial data

Valued Additions:

• 
  Experience with JDE (J.D. Edwards) enterprise software preferred but not required
• Background in cash management, banking operations, or corporate treasury functions
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes during implementation phases
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Schedule & Duration:

• Flexible Hours: Choose between 20 or 30 hours per week based on your availability
• Hybrid Schedule: In-office Monday and Tuesday required, with Thursday OR Friday flexible (your choice)
• Contract Length: 2-4 month engagement with potential for extension based on project needs

• Pay Range: $30-$35/hr (DOE)
