Qualifications

• Solid grasp of cash positioning, bank reconciliations, and wire/ACH processing.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily treasury operations, record cash transactions, and generate daily/weekly/monthly cash position reports.
• Analyze financial trends, credit conditions, and liabilities to build short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Perform complex bank reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, conduct bank fee analyses for cost savings, and collaborate with major banking partners.
• Administer the corporate merchant card program and participate in treasury system implementations and compliance/audit projects.

Position Highlights:

• Pay Rate: Up to $44.30/hr (Direct-hire conversion target ~$85,000/year + bonus)
• Location: Houston, TX 77077 (Enclave Parkway area)
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite Wednesdays, Remote remainder of the week; initial 2-3 days onsite during training)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Cash Management: Execute daily treasury operations, record cash transactions, and generate daily/weekly/monthly cash position reports.
