Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Fort Wayne, IN team. The role provides hands-on exposure to treasury operations, cash management, derivatives, financial reporting, and risk management, with mentorship from finance professionals.

Responsibilities include reconciling derivative positions, supporting monthly close, monitoring cash activity, assisting intercompany treasury, and preparing executive-level reporting materials while contributing to process

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, MBA, CTP, or other financial certification in progress preferred.
• 0-3 years of accounting, treasury, finance, or financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile, interpret, and report financial data.

• Reconcile exchange-traded derivative positions between broker statements and internal treasury systems
• Support monthly close activities and reporting for realized and unrealized hedging positions
• Monitor daily cash activity and support payment processing functions
• Assist with intercompany treasury transactions and cash management activities
• Prepare financial analyses and executive-level reporting materials
• Support treasury process improvements and control enhancement initiatives
