Role Overview:

The Treasury Specialist is responsible for managing the daily flow of financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting foreign exchange settlements. This role plays a key part in maintaining cash flow visibility and supporting internal controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and account for financial transactions (wires, ACH, checks, credit cards, PayPal).
• Ensure all payments are timely and properly approved.
• Manage daily cash concentration and determine net cash position.
• Coordinate with regional and plant-level teams on banking activities.
• Confirm and settle currency and interest rate trades.
• Maintain credit card and purchasing card (PCard) records.
• Audit and manage check signers, checks, and deposit slips.
• Support process standardization and internal controls.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of treasury or related financial experience.
• Familiarity with treasury concepts and banking operations.
