• Associate level position with a strong focus on Treasury operations.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems encouraged.
• Understanding of SOX compliance preferred.

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Swoon is hiring for our Fortune 500 software client in downtown Chicago, IL and this will be a hybrid role with 3x a week onsite required.

This is a 12-month contract opportunity with Benefits - Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium is covered for contractor).

Overview:

A leading organization is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Treasury Analyst to join its Treasury Operations team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Monitor shared Treasury email inboxes and messaging platforms; respond or escalate as appropriate.
• Reconcile transactions in Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and financial platforms on a daily basis.
• Download bank statements and wire confirmations from various portals and upload to internal drives or collaboration channels.
• Support the processing of FX settlements and associated documentation.
• Assist in ad hoc Treasury projects and system/process initiatives.
• Perform monthly and daily reconciliations and categorization on bank accounts.
• Provide operational support for regional and global Treasury functions.
• Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with SOX and internal policies.
