Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Treasury Finance AI and Quantitative Analytics professional in New York. You’ll build AI-powered tools and autonomous agents to automate treasury workflows, enhance risk management, and scale our operations.

Collaborate with treasury, product, and engineering teams to deploy AI applications that support Stripe’s growth and the GDP of the internet. You will work at the intersection of finance, AI, and product development, applying your finance and data science expertise to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6–8 years of work experience in software development, data science, or treasury and finance roles.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks including PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools for building AI applications.
• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals: deep learning, NLP, and generative AI.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with finance, product, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply treasury and finance domain expertise to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Build AI-powered tools to automate treasury workflows and enhance risk management.
• Ship interactive data products and self-service analytics using Python frameworks.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build data pipelines and models.
• Develop observability and performance analytics for core treasury workstreams.
