Compensation ranges from $88,925 to $120,000, with bi-weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. The role requires a four-year degree in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in accounting or treasury, and strong ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounting, treasury, or finance with leadership experience.
• Treasury knowledge: managing cash, banking relationships, treasury functions.
• Proficiency with ERP and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable, cash application, and treasury within delegated authority.
• Lead a team of individual contributors; set priorities and ensure service levels.
• Own working capital and DPO performance; improve cash flow and payment efficiency.
• Lead process improvement and automation across accounts payable, cash application, and treasury.
• Partner with Procurement on vendor payment terms and working capital initiatives.
• Review and approve treasury, banking, and routine invoice decisions within delegation.
• Develop and mentor team members and support succession planning.
