CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounting & Treasury Manager in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role drives treasury and cash management decisions, leads accounts payable and cash application teams, and partners with leadership on capital decisions.

You will own working capital, improve cash flow, and champion process improvements and automation across finance operations. The role demands 5+ years in accounting/treasury and a four-year degree in accounting or finance.

Qualifications

• Education: four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in accounting, treasury, or finance with leadership.
• Proven treasury knowledge with banking relationships and cash flow.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and cash application processes.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment within a delegation of authority.
• Proficient with ERP and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Own treasury and cash management decisions within authority.
• Lead a team across accounts payable and cash application.
• Own working capital and DPO performance; improve cash flow.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Partner with procurement on vendor terms and working capital.
• Review treasury, banking, and routine invoices up to limits.
• Identify opportunities for upstream/downstream process improvements.
• Prepare and review cash flow forecasts and related reporting.
• Support internal and external audits related to AP, cash, and treasury.
• Develop and mentor team members; succession planning.
