Zusammenfassung

ABC Supply, North America’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a Treasury Accountant to manage complex monthly reconciliations and treasury workflows. You will support deposits, cash funding, ACH/wires, and card reconciliations, coordinating with merchant services and branch setups.

You will also back up Treasury management, perform ad hoc reports with Copilot and Excel, and collaborate across accounting, payroll, and branches.

Qualifikationen

• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and problem solving skills.
• Experience with Copilot and AI tools; advanced Excel capabilities.

• Perform monthly bank and General Ledger reconciliations; manage treasury workflows.
• Support deposit activity, cash funding, ACH and wire requests; reconcile card transactions.
• Coordinate with merchant services for branch setups, hardware, and issue resolution.
• Back up Treasury management; assist with month-end journal entries and cash projections.
