Job summary

Century Golf Partners Management is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support treasury operations, cash management, and accounting functions. You will report to the Director of Finance and work to ensure liquidity, manage bank activities, and contribute to financial reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least two years of accounting or treasury experience, with strong Excel skills and GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting/treasury/finance experience.
• Proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting processes.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity across company accounts.
• Process cash transfers, wires, ACH payments, and intercompany funding.
• Assist in cash concentration strategies and banking structures.
• Maintain bank balances and transaction activity; support cash flow forecasting.
• Perform month-end close activities: reconciliations, journals, accruals.
• Analyze variances, investigate discrepancies, and support audits and budgeting.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and controls.
