Job summary

ICAP, part of the TP ICAP group, seeks a Broker Trainee to join the U.S. Treasuries desk on an onsite basis at our New York location. You will support brokers, input trades, and monitor markets while developing product knowledge and client relationships.

The role emphasizes a strong mathematical foundation, interest in financial markets, and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Onboarding and structured training accompany hands-on desk exposure.

Responsibilities

• Promote ICAP as a company.

• Resolve trade discrepancies and respond to queries promptly.
• Identify trade opportunities and calculate strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date trade records and market data boards.
• Provide input on projects for brokers and traders.
• Deliver live quotes to traders via messaging systems.
• Monitor markets and stay informed on news and developments.
