The Resource Center is the largest non-governmental employer in Chautauqua County with more than 1,300 employees on its payroll.

Job Title: Meal Preparation Assistant

Requirements of Job:

1. Food prep.

2. Assist staff with all aspects of preparing meals start to finish.

4. Successfully complete trainings on Choking Prevention and a Choking Practicum.

6. Ability to lift 20-25 lbs.

Candidate must possess the physical ability to perform tasks listed above and must be able to read labels, recipes, instructions, etc.
