Job summary

Magnifica Air, based in Orlando, seeks an on-site TRAX system administrator to own the system health and ensure alignment with approved maintenance programs and engineering standards. You will manage controlled configuration changes and provide first-line support to Maintenance and Operations staff.

You will maintain data integrity across core records, onboard new users, and coordinate with IT to integrate TRAX with other platforms while supporting regulators and leadership with auditable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5-7 years supporting airline maintenance, MRO systems, or regulated environments with ownership of critical systems.
• Experience administering or supporting eMRO/TRAX or similar MRO systems.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, airworthiness, defect tracking and compliance systems.
• Familiarity with FAA/EASA regulations and supporting startups or early-stage airline operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, control and health of the TRAX system.
• Provide first-line support for users in Maintenance and Operations.
• Maintain data accuracy across core records, including aircraft data, defect tracking and maintenance logs.
• Manage user access, enforcing compliance and segregation of duties.
• Support proving runs and early operations, acting as the go-to for any TRAX issues.
• Document supported processes and workflows, standardizing how the system is used across the business.
