A growing general contractor is hiring Travelling Superintendents to support a strong pipeline of ground-up commercial projects across the Southeast. Projects include retail, grocery, industrial, healthcare, and self-storage, typically ranging from $10m to $80m.

This offers a clear path to General Superintendent for high performers as the company is looking to double revenue over the next 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial projects
• Manage schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance
• Work closely with Travelling Project Managers staff
• Serve as the on-site leader from start to completion

Requirements

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience on ground-up commercial projects ($15m+)
• Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management ability
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
• Solid knowledge of safety and quality standards
