Job summary

Goodall Brazier is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day execution of diverse projects across healthcare, life sciences, advanced tech, civic, education, and commercial sectors. You will lead on-site activities, ensure safety, maintain schedules, and coordinate with project teams and trade partners.

Travel to Las Vegas NV, North CA, Dallas TX, and Phoenix AZ is required as projects progress, while maintaining high quality and a strong culture of safety on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; construction education an asset.
• Experience in construction supervision or site management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction practices, scheduling, and safety requirements.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be open to travel to these locations Vegas NV, North CA, Dallas TX and Phoenix AZ, alongside overseeing the day-to-day execution of construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will coordinate field operations, work closely with project teams and trade partners, and help drive projects to successful completion while maintaining a safe and productive job site.

Our Superintendents work on a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors, including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Advanced Technology, Civic, Education, and Commercial.

Responsibilities
