$145,000 - $160,000 + Annual Bonus + Stock Purchase Options + 401(k) Match up to 6% + Fantastic Benefits Package + Per Diem

Do you have a strong geotechnical background and experience managing projects from start to finish? Are you looking to join an organization where you can take ownership of complex projects, influence project outcomes, and have a clear platform to progress long-term?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established, nationally recognized geotechnical contractor during a period of continued growth. You will be responsible for managing challenging, high-value projects, working closely with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

This is a very exciting position for someone with geotechnical experience who wants to take ownership of projects and have real responsibility and visibility within the business. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects, managing schedules and budgets, overseeing crews and equipment, communicating with clients, and ensuring work is delivered to the required technical and quality standards.
