StoryPoint Group is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist Senior Living to support clinical operations across multiple StoryPoint Group communities. This role requires an active LPN or RN license and 80%+ travel throughout Grand Rapids/West Michigan.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license required.
• Degree in healthcare or related field.
• 80%+ travel required.
• 3+ years of management experience; senior living/independent living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the community Wellness Leader during vacancies, overseeing care teams.
• Conduct resident assessments and develop service plans.
• Review physician orders using eMAR in conjunction with pharmacy support.
• Coordinate transitions of outgoing and incoming community team members with home office.
• Perform monthly audits to ensure policy and regulatory compliance and quality standards.
