Qualifications

• Welding experience is required for field tasks.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work at heights and operate ladders and platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and occasional overnight trips.
• General construction knowledge and safety awareness.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor tasks to support welding of precast panels.
• Receive directions from the foreperson and erection crew.
• Carry out miscellaneous duties as assigned by foreperson.
• Use materials efficiently and maintain equipment safety.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
