Job summary

Woodard & Curran in Massachusetts is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Specialist to support east coast projects with a focus on water and wastewater facilities. This role includes on-site operations, technical support, and training to implement asset management programs, with travel as a core component.

Qualifications

• Water/wastewater license preferred in MA or bordering state.
• Experience with water/wastewater facilities operations.
• Supervisory experience or leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Support project demands with Area Managers and Project Managers.
• Provide technical support and onsite training to implement the Asset Management Program.
• Utilize utility tech platforms for data collection (Hach WIMS, Power BI, Do Forms).
• Provide operations and maintenance support at water and/or wastewater facilities.
