Job summary

MPW Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to support water purification operations across multiple customer sites in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires traveling about 75% of the time to install, service, and optimize pumps, filtration systems, membranes, and chemical feed equipment.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, water testing, instrument calibration, and on-site troubleshooting while documenting tests and system conditions for reports and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude with field experience a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot pumps, filtration systems, and control equipment on-site.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to service water purification systems.
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on pumps, membranes, and chemical feeds.
• Conduct water quality testing and calibrate monitoring instruments.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to restore operation.
• Maintain logs, complete PC-based service reports, and liaise with customers.
