Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Field Technician or similar role in engineering.
• Proven experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting water meter systems.
• Excellent technical skills and understanding of engineering principles.
• Outstanding customer service, clear communication with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
• Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair water meter systems and related equipment per company standards.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to promptly identify and resolve issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address queries professionally.
• Prepare accurate reports detailing work activities and equipment conditions.
