Job summary

Collateral Partners, a brand and communications firm, is seeking its first in-house Videographer & Editor based in Dallas. The role involves shooting, lighting, sound, and full post-production with frequent US travel.

You'll work closely with the founder and teams, handling on-set logistics, editing, and delivery across long-form and short-form content for clients and the firm’s own channels. The position offers variety, fast pace, and ownership of the craft.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience shooting and editing.
• A reel showing range and taste.
• Strong command of camera, lighting and sound for interviews.
• Experience with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities

• Shoot interviews, studio sessions and on-location work.
• Light and capture sound for clear on-channel audio.
• Edit and finish footage across long-form, short-form, and vertical formats.
• Travel regularly to shoots across the US.
• Manage kit and on-set logistics to keep shoots running smoothly.
• Collaborate with founder and team to publish final pieces.
